“Taking this course with Tim was a very enjoyable experience and very informative. I really enjoyed the laid back, easy going, and openness to the classes. Tim encourages participation to talk about your experiences and incorporates it in to the material being discussed, which I found to be extremely helpful. The materials helped me slow down and better understand what can cause me to have stress which would lead to frustration or anger. With Tim’s guidance and knowledge and the use of his, mine and others experiences and the breakdown of the topics I was able to use the tools and better myself for me and those around me.
I would encourage anyone to take this course even if you don’t have a lot of stress or anger in your life as there is so much useful information that there is no way you could leave that class without taking something positive from it.”
